Donate food
Your foodbank relies on your goodwill and support.
Over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious supply of food.
Our shopping list shows the food items that we need right now.
If you are happy to drop off food donations, please see the table below for our food collection point locations or contact us on 01443 450 832 if you’d like one of our volunteers to collect.
There are also drop-off food donation points located in the Co-operative, Mabon Road, Nelson; and in the Co-operative, Fox Street, Treharris.

We always welcome donations and promise to use them to provide help to people in crisis. Occasionally, we share food with other nearby foodbanks within the network particularly if they experience shortages or we have a surplus of one particular item. This ensures your donations go to help people wherever in the UK they are.
Please contact us if you have any questions about donating food.
